Eligibility

The visa you receive will depend on your nationality; you may be granted a free visa on arrival or a visit visa. It is advisable to check out what type of visa you need first. If you need a visit visa, obtaining one is relatively easy, unlike visiting visas to the USA or UK. To get a visit visa to the UAE, all you need is a valid passport that has a validity of 6 months (note that travel documents will not be accepted). You will also need to have your return air ticket when arriving in the UAE, as you might have to present it to the officers at the counter. You might be asked by your facilitator airline or travel company when arranging the visa for you for additional documentation to guarantee that you depart the UAE on time.

How to apply for a UAE Visa

You may get a visa for 14, 30, or60 days. With the right visa support provider, the whole process should be pretty straightforward, despite the seeming complexity of the situation. You may apply for a UAE visa online with the aid of a UAE visa consultant who will walk you through each stage of the process.

Steps on how you can obtain a UAE Visa

Firstly,

  • Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after entering the UAE
  • Choose a visa type based on your trip itinerary
  • Ensure that you have sufficient funds for your stay in Dubai
  • Make contact with someone who can serve as your UAE visa sponsor

The next step would be to submit an online application for a visa to the United Arab Emirates. You will need to complete a short visa application form and submit it with the required payment. Next, assemble the supporting documentation for your visa application to the UAE. These documents should include:

  • Colour passport size photographs
  • Passport copies
  • Your bank statements and pay stubs
  • Check if your Flight bookings are confirmed
  • Get health and travel insurance

  • You must complete the visa application form and sign it
  • Your travel itinerary should be included with the application. It should contain the trip dates, a copy of the confirmed airline tickets, and information about the hotel or accommodation where the applicant will stay. It is essential to prove to the officials that the applicant intends to leave the country within the prescribed timeframe
  • Proof of your address. Your address may not be required in all situations. It may be requested if your permanent residence address differs from your nationality

Can I apply online for a tourist visa?

The UAE visa process is fully digitized. Applicants can apply for a tourist or visit visa and check the status of their UAE visas through an online portal made available by the UAE government. People applying for UAE visas on the official UAE government website or those who made the mistake of approaching unprofessional or scam visa processing agencies will find this modernization extremely beneficial. Visit visas, as well as residency visa applications for the UAE, are processed in the same manner. If you are to check your visa status through this platform, you will need your reference number and visa application number. If your visa application has been processed by a travel agency, airline, or DMC, you are required to request your application number and visa reference number from them. Although the methods are similar for all the Emirates in UAE, the regulatory authorities that regulate the visa process can change based on each Emirate.

6-month Visit Visa to the UAE

If you are looking to stay in UAE for longer, you can now get a visa that allows you to stay for either 6 months or 5 years. The UAE government started the 6-month UAE Visit Visa plan somewhere in mid-2019 for entrepreneurs, investors, top professionals, and intelligent students who are thinking about getting a long-term Residency Visa in UAE. However, this is a strictly monitored process, and the government has not disclosed the cost of obtaining this visa.

If you don't fit into any of the above categories, you still don't have to worry. You can talk to our customer agents, who can help you out with a visa extension easily without having to leave the country hassle-free. We offer a service called the "visa extension without exit". This allows you to stay in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or any other Emirate for 6 months without having to leave.

If you choose to go with this option, the first time you enter UAE, we will apply for a 60-day Visit Visa for you. During the 10-day grace period on this visa, we will apply for a new 60-day UAE Visit Visa that doesn't require us to leave the country. You will be able to stay in UAE for 200 days with these two visas. The visa can be extended more than once, with or without leaving the country, depending on what the visa holder wants. Speak to us for more information.

Extending UAE Visit Visa

Before the pandemic began, there were a number of different ways to renew your visit visa in the UAE; however, the only option to do so once the epidemic began was to update your visa without leaving the country. In the United Arab Emirates, obtaining a new visa or extending your visit visa is a straightforward process that can be completed in one day.

Special On-arrival Visas

Special visas upon arrival are available for nationals of certain countries through the United Arab Emirates Immigration Department. Moreover, Mexican citizens are eligible for a free multiple-entry On-arrival visit visa that is valid for 180 days (6 months total), and the visa itself is good for 180 days. That is, from the date of your initial entry, the total number of days you can enter and exit the country, as well as the total number of days you can stay, will be recorded.
