All tours conducted by Desert Holiday Tours LLC are subject to weather. Bad weather conditions arising from the sea or desert may lead to the cancellation of the tours upon advises from the UAE coast guards and the UAE Desert officials.

Additionally, unexpected Road traffic and Vehicle failures may result in the tour being cancelled or rescheduled with the consent of the particular guest to the next available date. If not a full/half refund will be done as per the Refund Policy.

Your safety is our prime concern, which we take very seriously, at all times. We will guarantee a refund under our refund policy or provide you any suitable option or solution pairing with you in the event that Desert Holiday Tours LLC must cancel your tour due to natural disaster, unforeseen circumstances and other force of major events outside the control of Desert Holiday Tours LLC.

We do not take responsibility for any incidental expenses which you may incur during arrangements for a tour which is subsequently cancelled due to circumstances outside our control including the Act of God.
